The stern cafe and restaurant is a place to eat which is very suitable for hanging out with friends, family and partners, you will also be presented with views of Ambon Bay beach, and for those of you who are sunrise hunters (sunset hunters), the stern cafe and restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset at 06:00 am Eastern Indonesia time while taking photos with relatives, friends and partners on the small bridge which is right on the back terrace of the cafe

Stern Cafe, location in front of Pattimura Univ & on the shore of Ambon Bay...The Ambon-style fried breadfruit at this cafe with colo-colo chili sauce is highly recommended, the taste is savory with a sweet aftertaste (plus spicy if dipped in the chili sauce). Suitable for friends who drink brewed black coffee, the coffee is 100% robusta (the info is from Seram (?)) . The coffee is not too bitter, relatively balanced & low acidity..Highly recommended to relieve fatigue in the afternoon..
